    It’s obviously getting more focused – I like the categorizations – I fall under the Fear & Doubt I believe – a lot of this is because of my unique accent, which I sometimes feel some resistance on. For the most part, I own it with pride and believe it’s my USP (Unique Selling Point)

    In reference to the chart: An aha for me is that setting short-term/small goals are valuable not only so that I don’t get overwhelmed or burned out, the small short-term goals also enable me to “achieve relatively quickly so that I can stay motivated to move on”
